    What is the sealing ring most made of?

    1. NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring: suitable for use in petroleum system hydraulic oil, glycol system hydraulic oil, diester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is the most widely used rubber seal with the lowest cost. Not suitable for polar solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitro-hydrocarbons, MEK, and chloroform. General use temperature range for - 40 ~ 120 ℃.

    2. HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber sealing ring: it has excellent anti-corrosion, anti-tearing and anti-compression deformation characteristics, and is good for ozone, sunlight and weather resistance. It has better abrasion resistance than nitrile rubber. It is suitable for washing machine, automobile engine system and refrigeration system with new environment-friendly refrigerant R134a. It is not recommended to use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. General use temperature range for - 40 ~ 150 ℃.

    Iii. SIL silicone rubber sealing ring: excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. Good insulation. However, the tensile strength is lower than the general rubber and is not oil resistant. Applicable to household appliances such as electric water heater, electric iron, microwave oven, etc. It is also suitable for all kinds of products that have contact with the human body, such as water bottle, water dispenser and so on. It is not recommended to use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. General use temperature range is - 55 ~ 250 ℃.

    4. VITON fluorin rubber seal ring: high temperature resistance is superior to silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, and cold tolerance. Resistance to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for the sealing requirement of diesel engine, fuel system and chemical plant. It is not recommended to use ketone, low molecular weight esters and a mixture containing nitric acid. General use temperature range is - 20 ~ 250 ℃.

    5. FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring: its performance is characterized by the advantages of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber. It is good for oil, solvent, fuel oil and high temperature resistance. It can resist the corrosion of oxygen-containing compounds, solvents containing aromatic hydrocarbons and solvents containing chlorine. It is generally used for aviation, aerospace and military purposes. Exposure to ketone and brake oil is not recommended. General use temperature range is - 50 ~ 200 ℃.

    EPDM EPDM rubber seal ring: good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used in alcohols and ketones, and can be used to seal high temperature steam environment. Suitable for bathroom equipment, car radiator and automobile brake system. It is not recommended for use in food or for exposure to mineral oils. General use temperature range is - 55 ~ 150 ℃.

    7. CR neoprene rubber sealing ring: excellent weather resistance and weather resistance. It is not afraid of dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia refrigerant, dilute acid and silicone-resistant lubricating oil, but it has a large expansion in the mineral oil with low aniline point. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. It is suitable for all kinds of air, sunlight, ozone environment and all kinds of sealing links of flame resistant and chemical corrosion. It is not recommended to be used in strong acid, nitro-hydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketone chemicals. General use temperature range is - 55 ~ 120 ℃.

    8. IIR butyl rubber sealing ring: excellent air tightness, heat resistance, sunlight resistance, good ozone resistance, good insulation performance; Good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, and esters can be found in animal or vegetable oils or oxides. Suitable for chemical resistant or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended to use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatic hydrocarbons. General use temperature range is - 50 ~ 110 ℃.

    9. ACM acrylic rubber seal ring: excellent resistance to oil products, high temperature resistance and weather resistance, but mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance. Generally used in automobile transmission system and power steering system. It is not suitable for hot water, brake oil and phosphate ester. General use temperature range is 25 ~ 170 ℃.

    NR natural rubber sealing ring: it has good wear resistance, elasticity, tensile strength and elongation. However, in the air, it is easy to be aged, and when it is heated, it is easy to expand and dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, but it is resistant to strong acid. It is suitable for use in liquid with hydroxide ions such as brake oil and ethanol. General use temperature range is - 20 ~ 100 ℃.

    11. PU polyurethane rubber sealing ring: the mechanical properties of polyurethane rubber are very good, and the wear resistance and high pressure resistance are better than other rubber. Aging resistance, ozone resistance and oil resistance are also good, but high temperature is easy to hydrolyze. Generally used for high - pressure and wear - resistant seals, such as hydraulic cylinders. General use temperature range is - 45 ~ 90 ℃.

    12. Metal rubber seal ring: made of stainless steel wire, without any rubber composition, with strong use characteristics. For example: in high vacuum, high and low temperature, strong radiation, and various corrosion conditions to maintain normal work. Seal skin according to different purpose by different materials such as stainless steel, copper, ptfe, such as material, was enshrouded in the metal rubber components as the lining core, seal with high strength, good effect, can be repeated use, etc. Sealing ring core is made of different wire diameter and density, suitable for different pressure situations. General use range is - 80 ~ 800 ℃. The sealing ring is expensive because of its high cost. But good performance, extensive use of the environment, has been recognized by people.
